We use a Thermal Imaging camera  to evaluate for water and energy loss concerns.  We can evaluate your home for various energy defects that can cost in energy loss and cause higher utility bills.  We can detect water intrusion points using the Thermal Imaging camera.  This is a growing service that has provided clues to pesky water infiltration issues that may have been previously undetectable.  These water issues can be a cause for mold and water related damage.
