Ric Davis, Founder & Master Inspector
After years as a builder and contractor, Ric founded Davis Inspection Services in 1986. His hands-on construction experience, combined with decades of continued education and mastery of inspection techniques, has established him as a recognized expert in the field.

Cathy Davis, Co-Founder
Cathy manages scheduling and administration, ensuring every client receives seamless service from initial contact through final report delivery.

Craig Wojcik, Master Inspector
Ric and Cathy's son-in-law joined the team in 2019, bringing a background in engineering and a builder's license. Through intensive apprenticeship with Ric, Craig has developed the same meticulous approach and deep expertise that defines Davis Inspection Services.
