Cathy Davis and Ric Davis started the inspection business over 35 years ago.  Cathy covers scheduling and administration.  Ric, Doug and Craig are the inspectors of Davis Inspection Services. Ric had worked for several years as a Builder/Contractor before he started Davis Inspection Services in 1986. Ric has continued on a path of education and experience to master his skills inspecting.  Doug began working with his father at a young age and worked during his apprenticeship at several different trades. Craig is Ric and Cathy's Son-in-Law who joined us in early 2019.  He apprenticed with Ric and Doug while obtaining his builders license and engineering degree. Together, the inspectors have over 65 years of continued education and experience to their credit.  They all have extensive education, experience, licensing and certifications  rarely found in the industry. The reputation of Davis Inspection services has grown over the years and it has become known as the most trusted family owned inspection company in Michigan. Their techniques and application of knowledge and experience have made Davis Inspection Services a cornerstone inspection company in Southeastern Michigan.
