This report includes a visual inspection of the residential home or commercial building. Richard L. Davis who is an A.S.H.I. Certified Inspector, with years of experience (Please review the qualifications section of this site), performs the inspection. He will visually inspect the structure & foundation, basement/crawl space, heating & cooling, plumbing, electrical, kitchen & bathrooms, major appliances, interiors, walls & ceilings, doors & windows, attic-insulation & ventilation, roofs & chimneys, exteriors, sidewalks & driveways, and the grounds around the building.

Our inspection fees are determined by square footage, age,
number of furnaces and other factors. Our residential inspection fees
start as low as $265.00. Please call and we will be happy to quote a
price for your inspection. Please plan a minimum of two hours for an inspection. The larger the home the longer it will take for the inspection. Please keep this in mind when scheduling with the homeowner.
