Our comprehensive 18-page report shown above is presented in an easy to read format. This booklet is the most widely used reporting system in the industry.  You receive 2 copies of the report onsite at the completion of the inspection.  You will want to keep this booklet for years to come as a reference.  The report includes a summary page, a repair or replacement cost and estimate section, and 7 tabbed and indexed sections that detail the findings of the inspection.  Each section has a facing page with additional information regarding the care and life cycles of the items inspected.

There are over 2000 different points of observation that are detailed throughout the report.  The findings are then summarized for your convenience at the beginning of the report.  The report also provides cost estimates for repairs and replacements on pages 2 and 18.   Your inspection, along with this report, will provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision regarding the condition of the home or building inspected.  The inspector will take the time during the inspection to address and explain these observations.  Your questions are always welcomed.  He will also offer suggestions and tips for proper maintenance of the home.  We want your inspection to be rewarding and informative.
